For private pay and out-of-network plans my rate is $200 for intake and $150 per 50 minute therapy session.  For out of network plans, I direct bill the client and provide superbills that can be submitted to the insurance for reimbursement.  If you are unsure of your out-of-network benefits, you may call the number on the back of your insurance card
